Free market stalls at KYD-X in Dec.‘26
The Kids & Youth Disability Expo (known as Kyd-X) is on Fri 4 & Sat 5 December this year, at the Adelaide Showgrounds. Once again, the organisers have generously offered the RED & Adelaide Microenterprise Community some spaces at no cost.
These are limited so please sign up before Tuesday 29 September so we can let them know who will be included, and work out the best ways to include everyone equally. Depending on how many people sign up, you will be able to select how long you’d like to be there, how much space you need and what you’ll require to ensure your experience is the best we can manage.
Meet our new RED Coach, Amy!
Some members of the RED Community have already met Amy – our new Microenterprise Coach and Coordinator – and some haven’t yet! Here’s what Amy has written to introduce herself to everyone…
Hi Founders!
I'm Amy. You may have noticed my face pop up on social media if you follow RED. I am the most recent addition to the RED team. I have met some wonderful founders already and am excited to meet more!
I am the tallest RED team member, yes, if you see me around, I’m 6ft tall and I have no idea how I got so tall because I’m the tallest in my family. I’m not cool enough to play basketball, or clever enough for any sports whatsoever actually. BUT what I DO love is secretly eating a block of chocolate underneath my desk (okay that’s not secret). I love a good coffee, so if you say lets meet for coffee, I’m there! I also love being a microenterprise coach. Ive been working alongside microenterprises for 5 years, and I can’t say that I have ever enjoyed something so much in my life.
You are probably wondering how to pronounce my surname? So, let’s just say, I'll accept anything, but if you’re willing to give it a crack it’s pronounced “Jit-teh” = Djitè.
So, if you haven’t connected with RED for a bit, you are new, or you are a frequent RED entrepreneur, I'd love to connect with you. Feel free to contact me and book in a coaching session. I promise not to eat chocolate in the session.

Get your calendars out and book in 4:00-6:00pm on Thursday 10th December for RED’s End Of Year Party. We’ll send out more details closer to that date. Everyone’s welcome and we really hope to catch up with all of our RED community.
New RED website - let us know what you think of it
Last week RED launched a new website and while we’re still working on it, we’d REALLY appreciate our RED Community’s feedback. Please visit it, click around it and tell us what’s working for you and any suggestions for fixes and improvements so we can make it work really well.
We’re particularly interested in how easy/difficult it is to get information about RED and how to join us and contact us. And we also MUST be sure that it’s accessible to everyone. If you have any feedback, please send an email to hello@theredgroup.com.au.
Be among the first to test our RED Robot!
We’re looking for people to test out our new RED Robot… an online tool to answer people’s questions about microenterprise, working with the RED Team, accessing microenterprise supports and much more.
Unlike us humans, our RED Robot will be available to answer your queries every day and night, and quickly reference all the information we have in our RED program courses, files and libraries.
That will give our coaches more time to work with RED’s community of Founders & Allies, making enterprise accessible for everyone!
